The purpose of the profit share program is to reward all members on the team who have maintained a high level of quality and efficiency and contributed to the success of the company.
The Company Profit Share Program has been designed to reward each member on our Team in proportion to his or her position and level of proficiency, certifications.
At the end of each year Northeast Data will determine its profit (post taxes). Of the total profit, 30% will be transferred to the Profit Share Program and divided up into four tiers as follows:
Tier A – 25% Divided evenly between all Managers
Tier B – 25% Divided evenly between all Tier A and Foreman, Crew leader, Team Leader, that is in a leadership role (leading 3 or more people)
Tier C – 25% Divided evenly between Tier A/B and Company approved Certified Technicians / Engineer level (Examples: Certified Wireless Technicians, Certified Design Engineers, BICSI Technicians, CCNAs)
Tier D – 25 % Divided evenly between Tier A/B/C and all first year employees, Installers, Cad Drafters, Pc Break/Fix
Note: All certifications must be up-to-date during the profit share year.
Northeast Data reserves the right to adjust employee tier levels based on special circumstances.
Individual FULL TIME employees will be allotted one “unit” for each full month of employment in the Profit Share Year. Profit Share payments will be added to the first full pay period of the Second Quarter in ending in April following the year of distribution. The Ending date of this pay period will be considered the time of distribution.
Only employees on the payroll AT THE TIME OF DISTRIBUTION will be compensated. Any forfeited shares will be redistributed to the remaining eligible employees of the Profit Year under distribution.
Note: Part Time Employees and Employees on probation will not be distributed profit share for the time they are on probation.
